**Stratego® YLD Fungicide**

Stratego® YLD Fungicide, developed by Bayer CropScience (EPA Registration Number: 264-1093), is a broad-spectrum fungicide designed to provide effective disease control and promote plant health in various crops, including barley, corn, soybeans, and wheat.

**Key Features:**

- **Dual-Active Ingredients:** Combines Prothioconazole (10.8%) and Trifloxystrobin (32.3%), offering both preventive and curative action against a wide range of fungal pathogens.

- **Broad-Spectrum Disease Control:** Effectively manages diseases such as gray leaf spot, rusts (including Southern rust), anthracnose, powdery mildew, and Septoria leaf blotch, enhancing crop yield and quality.

- **Flexible Application Timing:** Suitable for applications at various growth stages, including early-season (e.g., V5 in corn) and later stages (e.g., VT to R2 in corn), allowing integration with existing crop management practices.

- **Enhanced Formulation:** Offered as a suspension concentrate (SC), providing ease of use, improved leaf coverage, and compatibility with most crop protection products, including herbicides and insecticides.

**Labeled Crops and Application Rates:**

- **Corn (Field, Pop, Sweet):** Apply 4–5 fl oz/acre; maximum seasonal use rate of 10 fl oz/acre.

- **Soybeans:** Apply 4–4.65 fl oz/acre; maximum seasonal use rate of 13.95 fl oz/acre.

- **Barley and Wheat:** Apply 2–4 fl oz/acre; observe a preharvest interval of 30–40 days, depending on the crop.

**Usage Recommendations:**

- **Application Methods:** Can be applied using ground, aerial, or chemigation equipment. For ground applications, use a minimum of 10 gallons of water per acre; for aerial applications, use a minimum of 2 gallons per acre.

- **Tank Mixing:** Compatible with various herbicides (e.g., Laudis®, Ignite®, glyphosate) and insecticides. Always conduct a compatibility test before tank mixing and adhere to the most restrictive labeling when preparing mixtures.

- **Resistance Management:** To minimize the risk of resistance development, integrate Stratego® YLD into a comprehensive disease management program, including rotating fungicides with different modes of action and adhering to recommended application rates and intervals.

**Safety and Handling:**

- **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):** Handlers must wear long-sleeved shirts, long pants, chemical-resistant gloves, shoes plus socks, and protective eyewear during mixing, loading, application, and early-entry activities.

- **Restricted Entry Interval (REI):** Do not enter treated areas without protective equipment for 12 hours following application.

- **Storage and Disposal:** Store in a cool, dry place away from food and feed. Dispose of contents and container in accordance with local, regional, and national regulations.

*Note:* Always read and follow the product label instructions and adhere to state and local regulations. Consult with local agricultural extension services or crop advisors for guidance tailored to your specific region and cropping system.
